Coffee County Educational Foundation, INC.

The Coffee County Educational Foundation, Inc. (CCEF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization started in
1991 to benefit and enhance the education of students in the Coffee County, Tennessee school system.
The foundation is overseen by six volunteer board members who invest and direct funds for projects at
the Coffee County elementary schools, middle school, 9 th grade academy and high school. We accept
donations of money or property and invest the principal to create interest or earnings. The interest or
earnings allow the foundation to fund projects. The principal is not spent in order to perpetually
provide funds allowing your gift to the foundation to continue providing help to our students’ education
year after year.
Recent projects funded by the foundation include providing additional books for the Read to be Ready
program for elementary students, a chemical cabinet for high school chemistry students and an outdoor
classroom for middle school students. Projects totaling as much as $5,000.00 have been funded by the
foundation.
The CCEF board desires to fund more projects, but needs additional donations to increase the size of the
principal so more earnings can be derived from the foundation’s investments. Please consider donating
any amount to the foundation. Groups and individuals can give donations in memory of loved ones or
to honor someone. Some donors have included the foundation in their year-end charitable giving or
estate plans. If one desires to donate to the foundation, please send to the following address:
