Kick-Off for catalog sales fundraiser

OPEN HOUSE - 5:30 p.m. P.T.O. Meeting for Kindergarten parents

Executive Committee will meet and count money from fundraiser

LAST DAY for fundraiser and Executive Committee will be to finalize orders

1st P.T.O. Meeting at 5:30 p.m. - Introduction of P.T.O. officers

• Tuesday, October 16th
 UPDATE
Ice Cream Social at 5:30 p.m. - This will also be Family Night at the Book Fair and the Book Fair will close during the meeting and open back up after the meeting.

• Wednesday, October 31st

P.T.O. Fall Carnival during the school day ONLY - We will receive a # of inflatable games and rides for this day from our catalog sales, however we would like to make this a day long event to take the place of our festivals. Please talk to other teachers and come back with ideas for this event.

P.T.O. Meeting at 3:30 p.m.

• Saturday, December 1st

Pancake Breakfast with Santa at 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. - We will need volunteers to help plan this and to help make the pancakes. We will sell tickets and schedule each family for a specific time. Mrs. Watkins has agreed to take pictures at this event.

P.T.O. Executive Committee Meeting at 3:30 p.m.
