Tennessee New Graduation Requirements
The Tennessee Department of Education is implementing the Tennessee Diploma Project (TDP), a reform initiative with new graduation requirements and more rigorous curriculum standards. The purpose of the TDP is to challenge students and better prepare them for college and the workforce. The first group to be impacted are current 9th grade students.

The Tennessee Department of Accountability has recently released the 2009 Report Cards for the state, as well as for every system and school in the state of Tennessee.
