KINDERGARTEN SUPPLY LIST

 

Each child in my class will need the following:

 

v    2 small plastic school boxes to store supplies

v    Fiskars scissors

v    2 boxes of crayons-8 count-primary colors only

v    pencils-fat or skinny

v    2 glue sticks

v    1 bottle of white Elmers or Crayola liquid glue (NO large bottles)

v    Crayola watercolors

v    washable fat markers

v     5 plastic folders with prongs and pockets (do NOT write names on folders)

v    large backpack without wheels

v    2 boxes of unopened Kleenex

v    vertical drawstring laundry bag (write name on) which contains the following:

ü     complete change of clothing in a plastic bag with name

ü     rest mat (thin, red and blue mat from Wal-mart)

ü     beach towel or SMALL blanket

v    Baby wipe refill packages

v    Fat dry erase markers

v    $5.00 for Scholastic News

 

There will be times throughout the year when your child will need to replenish his/her supplies.  Crayons and pencils seem to go the fastest.  It would be a good idea to keep extra of these on hand.

v     inexpensive yellow tennis balls

v     coloring books

v     wiggly craft eyes-all sizes

v     washable kids paint

v     play-doh (we will go through a lot)

v     computer ink cartridges: HP 51649A and HP51629A

v     old magazines (kid appropriate, for example: Family Circle, Good Housekeeping, anything with good pictures of kids, families, food, etc.)

v     Wal-mart gift cards
