Provides safe, educationally enriching quality care for our students during the hours when there may be no adult in the home to supervise.

Cost

Yearly Registration Fee: $5.00

Daily afternoons: $6/Daily

Full Day Sessions: $10/Daily

     Each additional child of the

     same family:$7/Daily

  *A Full Day = a day beginning

    before 11:00 a.m.

Students must have a completed registration form

and pay the $5 registration fee.

Payment

Please pay fees on Monday and/or Fridays. Checks made payable to Coffee County Board of Education or cash should be given to the ESP staff. You will receive a receipt for each payment. Please keep your fees current. A $5.00 fee will be charged for each 30 minutes, or portion thereof, after the 6:00 p.m. sign out time. There will be a $20 charge on any returned checks.

ESP is a non-profit program governed by the Coffee County School Board.

Operating Hours

3:00PM - 6:00PM - after school  hours

6:00AM - 6:00PM - full day schedule (in-service, breaks, summer, etc)

*ESP may operate at a central location during snow days. (7:00AM - 5:00PM) These sites and information will be posted at each school. For other schedule change information, listen to the local Radio stations:

*1320AM - WMSR or *101.5FM

Fantasy

*During In-Services, Breaks, and/or Holidays, only central locations may be open due to low enrollment at each site. This information will be posted in advance at each school. Registered students may attend any of these sites.

*Snacks/drinks will be provided daily. Students must bring their lunch/drink on full days.

Policies

**ALL SCHOOL RULES WILL BE FOLLOWED AND ENFORCED.

**Parents must come to the designated ESP area to check out their child by means of a sign-out sheet. Children will not be allowed to wait on parents outside the school.

**Students will not be released to any person other than the parent, guardian, or persons listed on the registration form.

**ESP will enforce the School System Medication Policy. Please do not send sick children to ESP.

**Parents will be called in case of an accident and/or problem.

**Please call the ESP site if you are going to be late for any reason picking up your child.
