Renaissance Program

The Renaissance Program at Coffee County Central High School is nationally recognized. We feel that the staff of Coffee County Central High School has offered to the students a package of incentives to achieve better grades, improve their attendance, and to assist the school to become a better learning institution. The Renaissance Program is affiliated with the national Renaissance Foundation begun by the Josten’s Corporation. Listed below are some of the benefits offered to the participants in the program.
Red Card (All grades of “A” on the semester report card)

1. One day independent study (upon approval)
2. Free admission to all CCCHS sporting events
3. Free parking
4. Free admission to one (1) dance (including Prom)
5. 10% discount at the Raider Bookstore
6. Discounts at area businesses (list will be provided)
7. Red Card T-Shirt

Black Card (All grades “A” or “B” on the semester report card)

1. 50% off admission to all CCCHS sporting events
2. 50% off parking permit
3. 50% off admission to one (1) dance (including Prom)
4. Discounts at area businesses (list will be provided)
5. Black Card T-Shirt

Silver Card (Semester GPA improves .5 or more from the previous semester)

1. Discounts at area businesses (list will be provided)
2. Silver Card T-Shirt

White Card (No absences, tardies, and discipline referrals for the semester)

1. Free adminission to all CCCHS sporting events
2. Free parking
3. Free admission to one (1) dance (including Prom)
4. Discounts at area businesses
5. White Card T-Shirt

Red, Black, Silver, and White Cards are updated and revised at the end of each semester. Cards are only valid with a photo ID. ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED by award recipients at the Renaissance Day and/or Night Programs. Grades must be made at Coffee County Central High School.
