The following is a list of Holocaust-related books that might help prepare students for our study of the book Night by Elie Wiesel.

The following videos might give students some interesting background information on various subjects that we will be studying throughout the year.
 

Schindler's List (This historical film reveals a graphic account of the Holocaust.  Viewer discretion is advised.)
A Simple Twist of Fate (This video stars Steve Martin and is a modern-day version of George Eliot's Silas Marner.)
Mill on the Floss and Adam Bede (These videos depict 19th cent. England and give insight into the world of George Eliot.)

O Brother, Where Art Thou? (This video is loosely based on Homer’s The Odyssey.)
