ESP Provides safe, educationally enriching quality care for our students during the hours when there may be no adult in the home to supervise.
	Cost –Effective June 1, 2005 Yearly Registration fee….$5.00 Daily Afternoons…………$6/Daily Full day sessions………...$10/Daily *Each additional child of the same family…..$7/Daily *A Full Day = a day beginning before 11:00 a.m

Payment

All weekly fees are to be paid on Mondays and Fridays only.  Checks (made payable to Coffee County Board of Education) or cash should be given to the ESP staff only.  You will receive a receipt for each payment.  Please keep your weekly fees current.  A $5.00 fee will be charged for each 30 minutes, or portion thereof, after the 6:00 p.m. sign out time. There will be a $20 charge on any returned checks.

Operating Hours

3:00-6:00 - after school hours

6:00-6:00 - full day schedule (In-service, summer)

*ESP may operate at a central location during snow days.  7:00AM - 5:00PM

These sites and information will be posted at each school.  For other information listen to these local radio stations:
                        1320 AM --WMSR
                        101.5 FM --Fantasy

In the case of low enrollment, only a few sites may be open during in-service, spring break, or summer.  These sites will be posted at each school.   Students registered may attend any of these sites.

Any other closing dates will be posted at each site and at the school office before closures.

Policies

***ALL SCHOOL RULES WILL BE FOLLOWED AND ENFORCED.
***Parents must come to the designated ESP area to check your child out by means of a sign-out sheet.
      Children will not be allowed to wait on parents outside the school.
***Students will not be released to any person other than the parent, guardian, or persons listed on the registration form ***ESP will enforce the School System Medication Policy. Please do not send sick children to ESP.
***Parents will be called in case of an accident/and or problem.
***Please call the ESP site if you are going to be late for any reason picking up your child.
