I wanted to let everyone know about the upcoming Book Fair in the Library. The dates are:

Friday November 6th- Faculty Preview Day( 8-4)

Monday -Friday, November 9-13th ( 8:15-11:00 and 12:00-2:30)

Wednesdays's hours will be changed to accommodate the Veteran's Day Program)

(The Book Fair will be open for a family night,Wednesday, November 11th from 3:30-6:00 p.m.)

If you have any parents that might volunteer and help with the Book Fair please let me know.

The theme for this year's book fair is Read Around the World! To help decorate for the fair I would like to have a Home room Door Decor Contest. Have the students in your home rooms decide on a country they would like to decorate your door with. They can make flags from that country or however they would like to decorate. The doors will be judged and there will prizes for the winning displays. They should be up by Nov. 6th and will be displayed all week.

If they would like to send some small flags they have made to decorate the book fair, I will take them as well.

We will be having Wacky Tourist Day on Friday, Nov. 13th. The students may wear an appropriate T shirt from a vacation spot if they have one.

I will send more information when it gets closer to the time but I wanted to let you know about it ahead of time.
